Black Bean Hummus


2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (I put in 2 ½-3 Tbsp)
2 Tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic (or 1 tsp minced garlic)
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper
¼ tsp smoked paprika
15 oz can black beans, drained but reserving liquid

Add ingredients, including ¼ c reserved bean liquid, to blender jar in order listed.
Secure lid.
Select “sauces” to blend. Add more liquid if necessary.

I love it with carrots and celery.
